Greg founded Applied Performance in 1988 with significant experience in corporate IT management roles and directing a regional office of a global IT professional services firm. His technical background ranges from Mainframe development through ERP and web design. The principles upon which Applied Performance Technologies was built lie in the integrity and professionalism that many large services firms lose in the growth process. His experience, project management skills, attention to detail, and bias toward ethical business practices provide a model for the APT team and a resource for its clients. |

Courtland has been with APT since very early in its inception, and he is credited in large part for having molded APT into a major competitor in the Columbus market. Using his background in Marketing, Advertising, IT Infrastructure and Networks, he is able to assimilate needs quickly and devise creative solutions - a skill that has endeared him to clients and consultants alike.
As Senior Vice President, Courtland is responsible for overseeing Marketing, Team Management and a variety of day-to-day activities that make APT a recognized leader in IT Consulting Services in Central Ohio. |

Phil is a former Professional Baseball Player who played in the Chicago Cubs, Cincinnati Reds, Montreal Expos and California Angels organizations. He brings an infectious positive energy and his strong work ethic to the APT team. Phil has over 13 years of experience in the IT Staffing/Consulting Industry in Sales, Recruiting, and Management of both Staffing and Solutions consulting. He brings his strategic vision and an ability to develop and implement business plans to APT’s clients. Some of Phil’s core competencies include: Strategic Market Positioning, Multi-Million Dollar Negotiations, Key Client Retention, Organizational Leadership, Territory Growth/Development, Vendor Management, Solution Selling Strategies, and RFP Strategies.
Phil grew up in Worthington, OH and maintains many close relationships within the community.

Denise has small business experience spanning over 20 years. She
contributes to APT's unique quality of service with her outstanding
attention to detail and an impressive set of administrative skills.
She understands the value of personal attention and enjoys the daily
opportunities to serve our staff and clients alike. Whether in HR,
accounting, bookkeeping, recruiting, or general office, Denise brings a
deep sense of pride in her work and makes sure that every interaction
with APT is carried out quickly and competently! Denise is the
embodiment of the APT Creed "...goal to treat our clients and team
members as we would treat ourselves." Denise will do whatever it takes
to get positive results in anything and everything she does.

| Wade Chestnut, Support Engineer |

Wade has over 22 years of experience in the Information Technology
field managing servers, systems, databases, networks and application and
database development primarily in small businesses. He is a Certified
Microsoft Professional as a Windows Server 2003 Small Business Specialist and a Certified
SonicWall Security Administrator.
In early 2011, Wade created a new revenue stream by
starting the APT Support Services group which provides all technical
support needs to various small businesses in Central Ohio.
Wade brings a diverse technical background and creativity needed in the small business environment to assist
the APT staff and the Support Services clients in maintaining
internal systems for reliability.
